Senior Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily care and support to individuals, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Build strong relationships with the people we support, understanding their needs and preferences, and helping them to achieve their goals.
- Assist with personal goals, from daily activities to long-term aspirations, and encourage creative exploration.
- Support individuals to engage in social activities, such as holidays, social events, and hobbies.
- Ensure that individuals and their families are treated with respect, dignity, and equality.
