About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Support Worker to join our team at Homes2Inspire. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children and young people who have experienced challenges in their early years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals to ensure a seamless and supportive care experience.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring that each young person's unique needs and goals are addressed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in residential childcare and youth support.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and healthy living environment, adhering to Homes2Inspire's policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • A willingness to work towards or current qualification in QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
  • A full UK driving license (preferred).
