About the Role
We are seeking a female support worker to join our team in Chesterton. As a support worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to live the lives they want to lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop daily living skills and support individuals to access their communities for socialization, employment, training, or friendships.
- Contribute to, develop, and implement individual care plans.
- Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with individuals, their family members, and external professionals.
Requirements
- Be female.
- Hold a UK manual driving licence.
- Have good communication skills.
- Have a positive and patient approach.
- Be resilient and respect people's differences.
- Be able to build professional relationships.
- Work well as part of a team.
