About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans, working closely with the individual, their family, and other professionals.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and medication administration, as needed.
  • Support individuals to engage in activities they enjoy, such as swimming, bowling, and arts and crafts.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a safe and supportive environment for all individuals.
Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and learning disabilities.
  • Ability to drive and hold a full UK manual driving license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and occasional sleep-ins.
