Content & Campaigns Lead

We are seeking a skilled Content & Campaigns Lead to enhance our Marketplace division. Reporting to the Head of Content & Customer Experience, you will collaborate with diverse internal teams. Your primary focus will be to manage the long-term Campaign strategy, utilizing data and insights to inform decisions that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee content merchandising and campaign execution to boost user engagement on our digital platforms.
  • Coordinate global content and campaign initiatives.
  • Create a comprehensive campaign calendar emphasizing timely content creation for relevant moments.
  • Develop engaging content strategies to improve customer retention and drive sales.
  • Leverage data analytics to inform strategic actions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments.
  • Establish a best practice guide for effective campaign delivery.

About You:

  • Proficient in CMS with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with analytical tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Background in content marketing across multiple channels.
  • Familiar with web, app, and CRM systems for integrated engagement.
  • Experience in Marketplace or e-commerce environments.
  • Ability to work alongside technical Product teams.
  • Awareness of business metrics in strategic planning.
