About the Role:

Profiles Creative is seeking a highly skilled Digital Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch social content campaigns to our clients.

Your Mission:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with our creative, production, and strategy teams to deliver high-quality content campaigns.
  • Manage client relationships and project resources to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery.
  • Drive creative and strategic excellence in all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead successful content campaigns with regular updates and expert advice.
  • Represent clients internally to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery.
  • Create client presentations, budgets, and timing plans.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing priorities and resources.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in account and project management, content strategy, financial management, and social media.
  • Strong understanding of organic and paid social media strategies.
  • Experience with out-of-home (OOH) or television commercial (TVC) is a plus.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Confident, articulate communicator with strong writing skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem solver.
  • Team player with a client-focused approach.
