About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Strategist to lead our new Content Squad at Green Park Content. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that drives traffic, conversions, and brand awareness for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our clients' business objectives and goals.
  • Lead a team of copywriters and creatives to produce high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with our client stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences, and develop content that meets their expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing, and apply this knowledge to improve our content strategy and output.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar that ensures consistent and timely delivery of content across all channels.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance using web insights and reporting tools, and adjust the content strategy accordingly.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in content marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and impactful content.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences, and develop content that meets their expectations.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze content performance using web insights and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
