Job Description
- Lead Editorial Team: Manage a team of writers and editors, overseeing article production from concept to publication.
- Content Strategy Development: Develop and implement editorial content strategies aligned with audience and brand objectives, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Editorial Calendar Management: Maintain a comprehensive editorial calendar for website, social media, and newsletter content, optimizing for timely delivery and maximum impact.
- Quality Assurance: Enforce editorial best practices and ensure high-quality output across all channels, maintaining brand voice and accuracy.
- Industry Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and lead the team in creating timely and engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
- Performance Reporting: Provide regular performance reports to clients, analyzing key metrics and competitor activity to demonstrate campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years' experience in writing and digital editing within the beauty, lifestyle, or wellness industry.
- Strong network of contacts within the beauty, lifestyle, and wellness industry.
- Proven ability to identify industry trends and generate compelling content ideas that align with client objectives.
- Experience managing editorial teams and collaborating effectively across departments.
- Proficiency in SEO and organic traffic metrics, demonstrating a deep understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Fluency in English and inbound marketing techniques.
