Content & Campaigns Lead

We are seeking a talented Content & Campaigns Lead to enhance our Marketplace team. Reporting to the Head of Content & Customer Experience, you will collaborate with various internal departments. Your primary role will be to oversee the strategic direction of long-term campaigns, utilizing data and insights to inform decisions that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct content merchandising and campaign execution to boost user engagement across our digital platforms.
  • Oversee global content and campaign initiatives.
  • Craft a comprehensive campaign calendar, emphasizing the creation of timely content for relevant occasions.
  • Develop engaging content strategies designed to increase user retention and drive sales.
  • Leverage data analytics to inform and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from various teams to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Establish a best practice guide for campaign delivery.

About You:

  • Proficient in CMS with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with analytical tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Background in content marketing across multiple channels.
  • Familiar with web, app, and CRM systems for integrated engagement.
  • Experience in Marketplace or e-commerce environments.
  • Ability to work alongside technical Product teams.
  • Mindful of business metrics in your strategic choices.
