Position Overview: The Client Relationship Manager will deliver exceptional service to clients in collaboration with Private Bankers, focusing on Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI). This role requires a robust understanding of investment products, transaction oversight, and adherence to all reporting and regulatory standards.

Team Leadership: This position entails the daily management of the Associate Banker team, partnering with the Business Manager to ensure that the team's skills, growth, and overall effectiveness align with the highest benchmarks and comply with internal protocols.

Client Engagement: Exceed client expectations by gaining a deep understanding of their challenges and delivering innovative solutions. Collaborate with Private Bankers to identify new opportunities and enhance existing client relationships, maintaining regular communication to fully grasp client requirements.

Execution of Strategies: Assist in the implementation of tailored account strategies, proposing solutions and facilitating standard transactions. Work closely with clients and product specialists, as well as transaction support and Client Services teams, to ensure effective execution of client decisions and follow-up.

Compliance and Risk Management: Uphold strict compliance with all legal and regulatory standards. Assess risks judiciously when making business decisions and servicing clients, ensuring that any risk or control issues are escalated and managed appropriately.

Team Development: Provide day-to-day guidance to the Associate Banker team, customizing development plans and ensuring compliance with all policies and processes. Manage essential HR functions, including performance evaluations and recruitment.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess proven experience in private banking support roles, with direct client interaction. A comprehensive understanding of all banking systems and capabilities within the organization is essential. Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and driving performance is required. A Bachelor’s degree is necessary, with a Master’s degree preferred.
