**Job Summary**

Nouvo Recruitment London is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Receptionist. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, this position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the switchboard, answering and directing calls, and screening external and internal communications.
  • Greet clients, visitors, and staff, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and calendar management.
  • Provide refreshments and exceptional client care for visitors.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are clean, presentable, and well-stocked throughout the day.
  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assist with first aid and fire marshal responsibilities.
  • Witness and sign official documentation as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Operations Director or Facilities Manager.
