Front Desk Coordinator

**Job Summary**
Nouvo Recruitment London is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Receptionist. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, this position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the switchboard, answering and directing calls, and screening external and internal communications.
- Greet clients, visitors, and staff, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and calendar management.
- Provide refreshments and exceptional client care for visitors.
- Ensure meeting rooms are clean, presentable, and well-stocked throughout the day.
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist with first aid and fire marshal responsibilities.
- Witness and sign official documentation as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Operations Director or Facilities Manager.
