Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM

How will you contribute?
We are in search of a seasoned HR professional who is dedicated to fostering organizational success through strategic people management. As a People Operations Manager, you will collaborate closely with our leadership team to shape and execute business strategies that resonate with our core values.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with the leadership team to facilitate the development and execution of business strategies, workforce planning, and cultural enhancement in alignment with our values.
- Offering proactive HR support and guidance on employee relations, organizational structure, and the implementation of HR policies.
- Coaching managers on various HR policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to employment legislation, and providing insights on matters such as discipline, grievance handling, diversity and inclusion, and data protection.
- Collaborating with senior management and talent acquisition teams on recruitment and selection processes to ensure effective talent attraction and retention strategies.
- Assisting in departmental restructuring efforts, ensuring that all processes are transparent and compliant with legal standards.
- Delivering HR key performance indicators and reports to aid managers in making informed decisions. Ensuring the effective utilization of the HR information system to minimize administrative burdens.
- Working with senior managers to identify training and development needs, maintain succession planning, and embed performance management processes.
- Supporting HR change initiatives and local business improvement projects as required.
- Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll in compliance with legislative requirements in collaboration with the payroll team.
- Providing leadership and mentorship to the HR team, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Enhancing employee engagement through various initiatives and acting as a champion for mental health and well-being within the organization.
What qualifications are we looking for?
- Comprehensive generalist HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing context.
- Current knowledge of UK employment legislation and experience in international HR practices.
- Proven experience in managing and developing teams.
- Familiarity with grading and salary benchmarking methodologies.
