Position Overview: This is a part-time, permanent role, requiring 32 hours of work per week, with an hourly compensation of £12.35.

Working Schedule: The working days include Monday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, Tuesday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, Wednesday from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm, Thursday from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm, and Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break each day except Tuesday.

Main Responsibilities: Reporting to the Area Manager, the Pharmacy Operations Manager will be accountable for:

  • Developing and overseeing your branch team, including the Pharmacist, to ensure a safe, efficient, and profitable operation, with a focus on company KPIs.
  • Collaborating with other branches, Area Managers, pharmacy support, and the broader business to foster company growth and success.
  • Identifying and planning training needs into the weekly schedule.
  • Conducting annual appraisals thoroughly to ensure all team members are aware of their strengths and development needs.
  • Exhibiting leadership and influencing your team to implement the Weldricks Customer Care policy to the highest standards.
  • Maintaining high retail standards to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
