  • Operational Management: Oversee the daily activities of the production team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Stock Management: Ensure accurate and efficient stock management processes are in place, including inventory control and stockroom organization.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Conduct regular equipment checks and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and used in accordance with safety protocols.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality inspections and provide feedback and training to the production team to ensure that products meet the highest standards.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed at all times, including the safe use of machinery and equipment.
  • Team Management: Provide supervisory support to the production team, including training, absence management, and time management.
  • Performance Management: Set and manage productivity output targets for the team, reviewing and managing these accordingly to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years relevant supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Full understanding of stock management and system maintenance.
