We are seeking a skilled FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our team at People Solutions Group Limited. As a Counterbalance Driver, you will be responsible for assisting in the returns department, driving/operating a Counterbalance Truck, and loading/unloading goods as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the returns department by receiving and processing goods
  • Operate a Counterbalance Truck to move stock around the warehouse and outside
  • Load and unload goods as required
  • Perform general warehouse duties as needed

Requirements

  • Valid external accredited Counterbalance Licence
  • Organisational skills and ability to work independently
  • Reliability and self-motivation
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of tasks
  • Good spatial awareness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Experience

  • Two or more years' experience operating Counterbalance Trucks

Training and Development

  • Full training provided to ensure you have the skills and knowledge required for the role
