About the Role:
We are delighted to partner with an exciting Distribution business in the South Yorkshire area to recruit an Operations Shift Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the effective management of people, daily/weekly productivity, quality, Health & Safety and drive change through continuous improvement.
- Lead a team of up to 40 direct reports, fostering a strong safety culture, ensuring high standards of quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Report directly to the Head of Operations and contribute significantly to a continually growing business.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills and ability to demonstrate leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team.
