Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Taco Bell North East. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff members to ensure that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of staff members to ensure that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served to our high standards
  • Monitor and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
