Your Role as an AM Shift SupervisorAs an AM Shift Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. You will lead and motivate a team of Warehouse Operatives, overseeing daily activities and driving performance to meet operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and guide a team of Warehouse Operatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor and manage warehouse operations within your designated zone, ensuring adherence to quality standards and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the Process Manager to optimize workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and team meetings to enhance employee development and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, hygiene standards, and quality control procedures within your zone.
- Proven experience in a logistics or distribution environment, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations.
- Experience in leading and motivating teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work culture.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines and targets in a fast-paced environment.
