AM Shift Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AM Shift Supervisor to join our team at Evri's Barnsley Hub. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of Warehouse Operatives during the AM shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard and within the allocated timeframe.
  • Monitor and control the quality of sortation, ensuring that all parcels are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage and control Client SLAs, load presentation compliance, infeed targets, blockbuster targets, parcel presentation, mis-sorts, damages, and momentum % scanning compliance.
  • Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and team meetings with Operatives to ensure they are equipped to meet the demands of the role.
  • Collaborate with the Process Manager to ensure that all H&S, hygiene, and quality audits are completed to the highest standard.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in logistics or distribution, with a strong background in team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work at pace to challenging targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
