We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at Evri. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising warehouse operatives and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise warehouse operatives and ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and control warehouse operations, including throughputs, parcel presentation, and productivity levels.
  • Support the Process Manager with quality audits and performance measurements.
  • Manage and control Client SLA's, load presentation compliance, and infeed targets.
  • Undertake regular coaching, performance reviews, and team meetings with operatives.
  • Ensure all H&S, hygiene, and quality audits are completed, including risk assessments and safe systems of work.

Requirements:

  • PC literate and experienced in Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience of logistics or distribution and ideally managing a team of operatives.
  • Ability to work at pace to challenging targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to influence using data and natural charm.
