Job Description

Job Title: Clinical Lead - Locality

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team in a Locality Clinical Lead position. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in providing high-quality clinical services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of professionals in providing clinical services to patients
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to team members

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with current registration with the NMC
  • Proven experience in a clinical leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong clinical knowledge and skills
