We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead/Psychologist to join our team at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust. As a key member of our mental health service, you will be responsible for leading a team of psychologists and providing clinical leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality mental health services to children and young people.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of psychologists in the delivery of mental health services to children and young people.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve mental health outcomes for children and young people.
- Work in partnership with other agencies and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A doctoral degree in psychology or a related field.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Experience of working in a mental health setting, preferably with children and young people.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and service users.
