Senior Psychologist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Psychologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological services to individuals and groups, and will work closely with other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for individuals and groups
- Provide evidence-based psychological interventions, including cognitive-behavioural therapy and other forms of psychotherapy
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to reduce risk
- Provide training and supervision to junior staff members
Requirements:
- Doctoral degree in psychology or a related field
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Experience of working with individuals and groups in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Arrangements:
This is a full-time position, working 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the service.
