Senior Psychologist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Registered Psychologist to join our team in the East Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological services to offenders, including risk assessments, treatment planning, and program delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop treatment plans for offenders
- Deliver evidence-based programs and interventions to reduce reoffending
- Provide consultation and support to colleagues on psychology-related matters
- Contribute to the development and implementation of psychology services in the region
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure effective offender management
Requirements:
- Registered Practitioner Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council
- Experience in providing clinical supervision and training
- Completed relevant training in effective models of treatment and best practice
Working Arrangements:
The successful candidate will be based in the East Region and will be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service. The role will involve working with complex individuals and staff, and the successful candidate will need to be able to apply their experience and competence in the area of psychology to reduce the risk of harm and reoffending.
