Job Title: Clinical Lead in Mental Health Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychiatrist to join our team as a Clinical Lead in Mental Health Services. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality mental health care to our patients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and management to our mental health team, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care and treatment. This will involve working closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans, providing guidance and support to junior staff members, and contributing to the development of our mental health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and management to the mental health team
  • Develop and implement care plans for patients
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members
  • Contribute to the development of our mental health services
  • Participate in on-call rota
Requirements
  • MB BS or equivalent medical qualification
  • Registration with the General Medical Council and on the Specialist Register
