Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced mental health professional to join our team at Staff Partners Mental Health as a Locum EMHP or CWP. This role involves providing mental health support services to individuals in need within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Offer counseling and therapy services to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, adhering to confidentiality and data protection protocols.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support services to clients in need.

Requirements:

  • Post-graduate diploma in a relevant field, such as psychology, social work, or counseling.
  • Registration with a professional body, such as the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) or the British Psychological Society (BPS).
  • Significant experience in mental health assessment and intervention, preferably in a community-based setting.
  • Previous locum work experience is highly desirable.
