Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead/Psychologist to join our team at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust. As a key member of our mental health service, you will be responsible for leading a team of psychologists and providing clinical leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality mental health services to children and young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of psychologists in the delivery of mental health services to children and young people.
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve mental health outcomes for children and young people.
  • Work in partnership with other agencies and organizations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A doctoral degree in psychology or a related field.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Experience of working in a mental health setting, preferably with children and young people.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
