Job Summary:
NELFT NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to take on the role of Clinical Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior clinical psychologist to lead and develop our CAMHS team, working collaboratively with the Team Manager to drive clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Supervision: Provide clinical supervision to the team, ensuring they have the necessary support and guidance to deliver high-quality treatments.
- Clinical Leadership: Demonstrate active clinical leadership skills, managing complex work and leading development within the team.
- Team Performance: Support the Team Manager in monitoring and evaluating team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
- Specialist Knowledge: Utilize specialist clinical knowledge in one-to-one work with young people and their families/carers, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based treatments.
- MDT Discussions: Lead multidisciplinary team discussions, ensuring effective collaboration and decision-making.
Strategic Development:
Work closely with the senior clinical leadership team to develop and implement strategies that drive clinical excellence and improve patient outcomes.
