Based in our Birmingham office, your leadership will guide a team that includes field engineers, a manager, and essential customer contacts, ensuring seamless collaboration on a daily basis.

Your Role in Our Success

  • Promptly record and resolve service tickets to maintain high service standards.
  • Efficiently allocate tasks to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Upload necessary documentation to client portals as required.
  • Manage pricing documentation effectively.
  • Ensure that scheduled maintenance activities are carried out as planned.
  • Generate and distribute monthly performance reports.
  • Act as the primary liaison for the client, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Provide support to the team manager, stepping in as needed.

Desired Qualifications
