Join AECOM's Program Management Team

AECOM is seeking a highly skilled Program Management professional to join our team. As a key member of our program management advisory and delivery teams, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' strategic goals and delivering complex program management advisory and delivery commissions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of program management advisory and delivery commissions across the whole program lifecycle, including program definition, delivery model and organizational design, program readiness, maturity assessments, program management and PMO design and implementation.
  • Lead or support the delivery of significant, complex program management advisory or delivery commissions involving multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Ensure commissions are managed and delivered to the appropriate quality standards and commercial expectations.
  • Apply a robust approach to risk identification, evaluation and mitigation to all commissions.
  • Demonstrate leadership in the implementation of AECOM's health, safety and environment requirements.
  • Identify and act upon business development opportunities with existing and new clients, including cross-selling opportunities within and without the team.
Requirements:
  • Complex, multi-disciplinary program and PMO management experience.
  • Key skills including leadership, strategy development, relationship management, complex problem solving and insightful management consulting experience.
  • Experience in client management, able to manage the account in terms of 'live' programs while seeking new opportunities.
  • Line management experience in a comparative consultancy business.
  • Highly motivated with excellent industry network.
  • Commercial experience is essential along with a proven track record of winning and retaining new clients.
