AECOM is seeking a talented Program Management professional to join our team. As a key member of our program management advisory and delivery teams, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' complex infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of strategic goals in relation to capability, growth, and commercial targets
  • Lead or support the delivery of significant, complex program management advisory or delivery commissions
  • Ensure commissions are managed and delivered to the appropriate quality standards and commercial expectations
  • Apply a robust approach to risk identification, evaluation, and mitigation
  • Demonstrate leadership in the implementation of AECOM's health, safety, and environment requirements
Requirements:
  • Complex, multi-disciplinary program and PMO management experience
  • Leadership, strategy development, relationship management, complex problem-solving, and insightful skills
  • Management consulting experience
  • Client management experience, with the ability to manage live programs and seek new opportunities
  • Line management experience in a comparable consultancy business
  • Highly motivated with excellent industry network
  • Commercial experience and a proven track record of winning and retaining new clients
