Join Our Team as a Program Management Advisory Lead

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Management Advisory Lead to join our team at AECOM. As a key member of our program management advisory and delivery teams, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in delivering complex infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of our strategic goals in relation to capability, growth, and commercial targets
  • Lead or support the delivery of significant, complex program management advisory or delivery commissions
  • Ensure commissions are managed and delivered to the appropriate quality standards and commercial expectations
  • Apply a robust approach to risk identification, evaluation, and mitigation to all commissions
  • Demonstrate leadership in the implementation of AECOM's health, safety, and environment requirements
Requirements:
  • Complex, multi-disciplinary program and PMO management experience
  • Key skills including leadership, strategy development, relationship management, complex problem-solving, and insightful management consulting experience
  • Experience in client management, able to manage the account in terms of 'live' programs while seeking new opportunities
  • Line management experience in a comparative consultancy business
  • Highly motivated with excellent industry network
  • Commercial experience is essential, along with a proven track record of winning and retaining new clients
