Position Overview:
This forward-thinking and service-oriented organization is seeking a skilled Personal Assistant to support the Executive Leadership.

Collaborating closely with the Executive Director, this position provides a unique opportunity to engage in project-driven initiatives within a successful, specialized firm.

Role Responsibilities:
As a vital member of the Personal Assistant team, you will provide support to the Senior Management Team.

Your role will involve leading project-oriented tasks, often managing responsibilities that transition in and out of the team as personnel changes occur within the core operational groups.

Flexibility is essential, as you will be expected to adapt to new responsibilities and assist with various tasks as needed.

Typical activities may include:

  • Identifying talent for various positions and utilizing all available resources (including the creation of job postings)
  • Providing support to the Senior Management Team
  • Acting as the initial point of contact for recruitment inquiries when necessary
  • Performing general administrative tasks
  • Ensuring company branding and recruitment efforts are maintained on job platforms
  • Leading project-based initiatives
  • Monitoring and encouraging staff evaluations to achieve high ratings
  • Screening candidates as directed, including telephone interviews if required
  • Reporting directly to the Executive Director
Candidate Profile:
The ideal Personal Assistant will possess:
  • Experience in a similar role, demonstrating tact, diplomacy, and strong customer service skills (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • A highly motivated demeanor, remaining calm under pressure with the ability to prioritize a demanding workload
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with the capability to foresee challenges and suggest solutions
  • A degree in a relevant field (preferred)
  • A qualification in business, finance, or marketing (preferred)
