Position Summary:
We are in search of a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager to spearhead our ambitious expansion plans over the next two years. This role is pivotal in driving our business development efforts, focusing on B2B software development outsourcing across diverse industries.
As a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Assessing risks and impacts of project roadmaps while proposing effective outsourcing solutions.
- Taking initiative to cultivate and enhance the sales team’s capabilities.
- Assisting in the deployment of consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
- Providing coaching and mentorship to junior sales personnel.
- Adapting to a European work schedule (Monday to Friday, GMT).
- Setting and adhering to stringent KPIs to gauge internal growth.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements across the UK and EU.
- Frequent travel to our UK office to foster the development of the sales division.
- Reporting directly to the CEO and the Director of Outsourcing.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in technology sales and outsourcing.
- Proven track record of working within the UK and EU markets.
- Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to building partnerships.
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills, coupled with a sense of independence.
- Experience in a large technology consultancy environment.
- Proficient in identifying and penetrating new markets to drive business growth.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines consistently.
