Position Summary:

As part of our ambitious growth strategy, we are seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager with a strong background in B2B software development outsourcing. This role is pivotal in driving our expansion efforts over the next two years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess risks and impacts of strategic roadmaps and propose effective outsourcing solutions.
  • Demonstrate initiative and capability in developing the sales team.
  • Assist in the deployment of consultants to client projects.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to junior sales professionals.
  • Adapt to a European work schedule (Monday to Friday, GMT).
  • Establish and adhere to strict KPIs to track internal growth.
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements within the UK and EU.
  • Frequent travel to the UK office to enhance sales operations.
  • Report directly to the CEO and Director of Outsourcing.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in technology sales and outsourcing.
  • Proven track record of working in the UK and EU markets.
  • Ability to cultivate a broad network and lead partnership initiatives.
  • Strong teamwork and leadership capabilities, combined with a sense of independence.
  • Experience with a large technology consultancy is preferred.
  • Proficient in identifying and developing new market opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
