**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and commercial growth, identifying new business opportunities, and converting leads to partnerships in a multi-disciplinary environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and mitigate risks and impacts of a roadmap and offer an outsourcing solution
- Develop and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Provide support with the deployment of consultants
- Coach and mentor junior sales executives
- Work closely with the CEO and Director of Outsourcing to set and achieve sales targets
- Travel frequently to office in the UK to develop the sales office
**Requirements**
- 7+ years of industry experience in a technology sales-based job and outsourcing
- Experience working across the UK and EU
- Ability to build an expansive network and take the lead on building partnerships
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills, with a sense of autonomy
- Background working with a large technology consultancy
- Ability to open new markets in regions to drive business growth
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
