About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our vibrant Term Time only Nursery. This role involves working closely with the team to ensure a nurturing and educational environment for children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Nursery Manager in daily operations and team leadership.
  • Engage with children, fostering their development and learning.
  • Ensure compliance with the latest EYFS framework and Ofsted standards.
  • Inspire and motivate staff to deliver high-quality childcare.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Day Nursery setting.
  • A minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth.
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted regulatory requirements.
