We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Psychology graduate to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant in a primary school setting. This is a long-term role with potential to go permanent, offering full-time or part-time opportunities.
About the Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs. Your primary responsibility will be to assist students in their academic and personal development, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs
- Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery
- Help students with homework and assignments
- Support students with behavioral and emotional challenges
