Your Responsibilities as Assistant Manager

As the Assistant Manager, you will step in for the Store Manager when needed and work closely with them to meet company objectives and performance metrics. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales and maximizing revenue opportunities through a motivated team of Bridal Sales Consultants.

Key Duties Include:

  • Mentoring and developing your team to achieve success.
  • Leading by example to maintain exceptional customer service standards and represent the brand professionally.
  • Managing store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and banking responsibilities.
  • Overseeing timesheet completion and addressing payroll inquiries as necessary.
  • Conducting stock audits and implementing loss prevention strategies.
  • Welcoming brides and their guests, providing assistance as needed.
  • Collaborating with the store network and Customer Care Team to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintaining proficiency in all store operations to support the team effectively.
