**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Custom Fit Specialist to join our team. As a Custom Fit Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to customers on selecting the right golf equipment to improve their game.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on selecting the right golf equipment
  • Conduct custom fitting sessions to ensure customers are using the correct equipment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest golf equipment and technology
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets

**Requirements**

  • Strong golf club custom fitting experience
  • Previous experience working within a customer-facing sales/retail environment
  • PGA membership is highly desirable but not essential
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Able to deliver excellent customer service
  • Calm and clear-minded under pressure
  • Great attention to detail
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize
  • Able to work collaboratively with all colleagues
