Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Golf Club Fitting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to customers on golf equipment and custom fitting solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on golf equipment and custom fitting solutions
  • Conduct custom fitting sessions to ensure customers find the perfect golf clubs
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest golf equipment and technology
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • Strong golf club custom fitting experience
  • Previous experience working within a customer-facing sales/retail environment
  • PGA membership is highly desirable but not essential
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Able to deliver excellent customer service
  • Calm and clear-minded under pressure
  • Great attention to detail
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise
