Golf Club Fitting Specialist

As a Custom Fit Specialist at American Golf, you will be part of a unique team that is dedicated to helping customers improve their game. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations for golf equipment and services.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong golf club custom fitting experience
  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing sales or retail environment
  • PGA membership is highly desirable but not essential
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Able to deliver excellent customer service
  • Calm and clear-minded under pressure
  • Great attention to detail
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize
  • Able to work collaboratively with all colleagues
