A prominent health charity is seeking an Interim Wellbeing Program Manager for a 14-month maternity leave replacement. This role supports a hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities:
The Interim Wellbeing Program Manager will:
- Design and spearhead various wellbeing initiatives.
- Oversee the implementation of the wellbeing strategy and action plan, collaborating closely with the Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
- Assist in the management of existing employee networks and partner with the DEI Lead to offer necessary resources.
- Conduct internal surveys to gauge broader wellbeing concerns.
- Establish a leadership framework to equip managers with essential wellbeing tools.
- Direct the mental health first aid program.
- Enhance policies to prioritize wellbeing within the organization.
- Facilitate effective internal communication regarding wellbeing initiatives.
- Collaborate with external partners to enrich the internal wellbeing offerings.
- Organize wellbeing events.
- Maintain a robust external network to support internal initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal Interim Wellbeing Program Manager will possess:
- Demonstrated experience in a wellbeing or Diversity & Inclusion role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of wellbeing initiatives and policies.
- Proven track record as an Interim Wellbeing Lead.
This is a 14-month fixed-term contract focused on maternity cover, offering a hybrid working arrangement.
