About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Counter Manager to join our team at NEOM Wellbeing. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales, KPIs, and company objectives in a department store setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of one of our counters, ensuring a high standard of customer experience and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance team performance.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute in-store events, promotions, and product launches that drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail management role, preferably in the health and beauty industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer engagement, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
  • Passion for wellbeing and customer service, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
