Job Title: Retail Store SupervisorWe're looking for an experienced and inspiring Wellbeing Hub supervisor to join our team in Westfield White City. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of our standalone store, driving forward sales and company objectives, and ensuring the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and visual merchandising are upheld.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-responsibility for the day-to-day running of a standalone store
- Drive forward sales and company objectives
- Assist the Store Manager with payroll, rotas, stocktakes, and reports
- Take full ownership of store and team in Store Manager's absence
- Lead by example and support your team with daily tasks
- Organise and support in-store and field events to promote NEOM as a brand
- Training of current and new team members
- At least 1 year minimum experience in a Retail Supervisor role
- Experience in the Health & Beauty Industry
- A passion for wellbeing
- A love of customer service and the ability to translate this to inspire your colleagues
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Someone who thrives in a collaborative and supportive team
