Wellbeing Counter Manager

We are seeking an experienced Counter Manager to join our team at NEOM Wellbeing. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our wellbeing hubs across the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the day-to-day operations of our counters, ensuring a high standard of customer service and sales performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall wellbeing experience.
- Manage and motivate a team of retail staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote NEOM Wellbeing's brand and values, and to identify opportunities to contribute to the wellbeing of our people and planet.
- Proactively identify and address any operational issues, ensuring that our counters are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail management role, preferably in a wellbeing or health and beauty environment.
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth, improving customer engagement, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners.
- Passion for wellbeing and customer service, with a genuine interest in promoting NEOM Wellbeing's brand and values.
