About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to join our team at We Are Social, a global socially-led creative agency with a strong presence in digital marketing services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion across Europe and the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to identify and pursue new business opportunities in digital marketing services.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior directors and decision-makers at key accounts, driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of business development strategies.
