The OpportunityWe're seeking an inspiring leader with a proven track record of building business within marketing services. The successful candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing services and a proven ability to develop new business opportunities through outbound techniques.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a new business outbound pipeline and identify key accounts and decision makers within those accounts.
- Track and report on progress against plan and engage with senior directors.
- Create a culture of success within We Are Social and its European sister agencies.
- Craft sales strategies for top accounts and add to the existing library of selling assets and best practices.
- Cultivate business relationships through networking, industry events, and outbound marketing.
- A proven track record of creating new business opportunities through outbound techniques.
- Experience of our MarTech stack (Salesforce, Pardot, 6Sense), or equivalent.
- A successful track record in business development within a digital or traditional agency environment.
- Strong business and marketing strategy skills.
- Superb writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Familiarity with digital marketing technology and trends.
