About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned business development professional to join our team and contribute to our growth strategy. As a Regional Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for building a pipeline of new business opportunities, identifying key accounts and decision-makers, and tracking progress against plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sustained pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Identify and target key clients with a potential revenue of $2M+
  • Craft sales strategies for top accounts and report on progress against plan
  • Add to our existing library of selling assets and best practices
  • Sell-in our full suite of agency offerings and cultivate business relationships through networking and industry events
Requirements
  • Experience with our MarTech stack (Salesforce, Pardot, 6Sense) or equivalent
  • Demonstrable record of creating new business opportunities through outbound techniques
  • Successful track record in business development within a digital or traditional agency environment
  • Strong business and marketing strategy skills
  • Superb writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Experience in outbound pursuits and a consultative approach to client engagement
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain C-level executive relationships
