We Are Social is a global socially-led creative agency with a strong presence in the digital marketing services industry. We're looking for a talented Regional Director of Business Development to join our team and help drive revenue growth across Europe and the UK.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned business development professional to lead our regional business development efforts. As a Regional Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for building a pipeline of new business opportunities, identifying key accounts and decision-makers, and tracking progress against plan. You will work closely with our Marketing team and Campaign Manager (ABM) to develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a regional business development strategy that drives revenue growth
  • Build a pipeline of new business opportunities through outbound techniques
  • Identify and target key accounts and decision-makers
  • Track and report progress against plan
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team and Campaign Manager (ABM) to develop and execute a sales strategy
  • Cultivate business relationships through networking, industry events, and outbound marketing
Requirements
  • Experience in business development within a digital or traditional agency environment
  • Proven track record of creating new business opportunities through outbound techniques
  • Strong business and marketing strategy skills
  • Superb writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Experience in outbound pursuits and a consultative approach to client engagement
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain C-level executive relationships
  • Familiarity with digital marketing technology and trends
